So long and thanks for all the fish
I woke up yesterday to Teddy walking around pawing me. He'd pat an arm then walk around my head, sit back onto my nightstand to watch to see if he'd accomplished anything, then when I didn't move he'd try rubbing his cheek into my nose. When I finnaly did get up and let the cats out to play I had white Teddy hairs in my eyebrows!!!
For the first time this break I pulled out my writing notebook, which I always bring with me to home or school though it's heavy, and though I didn't write a story I wrote about 20 pages... a sortof "History Of The World According To Leah" It was also partially a "Meaning OF Life". Sometimes writing makes me feel better and sometimesit has the power to make everything seem so much worse. Today, though, I feel better than I have in a long time. Though at first it was a pain because I can finally type faster, I got used to it. There is something about sitting in your own livingroom( couch, carpet, bookshelves, plants, lamps ), by yourself, with a purring cat in your lap. a glass bottle of All Natural Creme Soda on the coffee table, the view outside...leaves from last fall covering the ground, the ridge visible through the trees...
I went in search of my story "The Night" from AP English which I think is my best work. I e-mailed it to myself from my old computer, then I remembered that we'd moved my old documents to my new computer and I already had it. It is a dreamy, romantic, poetic like story which makes use of imagery.

Life, the Universe and Everything
Why do I keep hitting refresh, because no one else is as dumb as I am and up at this hour? I am thinking in circles again...I need to just go to sleep and think happy thought which float me into dreamland.

Run, Sun and Lady Bugs
It's sunny. The Lady Bugs (or their impersonators) are about- inside at least. I finalily went for a run...I haven't really run I think since the fall of senior year of HS (Field Hockey)...so I didn't go very far...probably a quarter of a mile and I'm tiered... so I'm more out of shape than I have ever been before...but I'll run again tomorrow.
And my mom thinks that Napoleon isn't feeling well (well, he's been sitting in the driveway for two months without my parents even saying hello to him, let alone starting him or driving him...he's my car) so I might take the bus up to visit Katie and Myles...maybe...or I'll drive...or I'll need to interview with Sue for camp again or I'll have lot of HW that I really need to get a head start on...we'll see.
Edit: I miss people from school...my big sibs: Susannah, Sarah, Audrey, Dane, Katie and Lauren, Molly, Kate Aid, Crew Kate, Jennie Brown...the K and my house in general...if I didn't mention you know that I love you all... My skirt now needs a bottom hem, but it is almost done!!!!!! It looks beautiful...thank's to Jennie Brown (for letting me bring her amazing skirt that I'm in love with home several weeks ago) and my mom (for tracing the skirt and figuring out a pattern, and buying the fabric and sewing it)!!!!

Pirates of the Caribbean
Eighth grade: Disney World. It was raining...a lot. So we went on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride: twice. It was thundering on the ride and in real life...that was fun. The rumer was that it would be made into a movie...or maybe the rumer started later. I never saw it in theaters but my parents did and they rented it for me later...and I LOVED the music (as usual) and I wanted it...but I didn't get it until today!!!!!!!!! Today I knew it was really great music which will occationally get stuck in my head...and it is amazing...but I didn't know if it was 15 dollars worth of amazing...but now, kistening to it I can tell you: yes it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You see...I really wanted the LoTR Two Towers sound track but then I got it and it is usually too powerful for me to listen too... I didn't want this to be too scary...but it has a very uplifting, powerful feel....I'm enjoying it....we'll see how the climax music is!!!! Must have dinner....
My mom and I went to Keene today and got pretty much everything on my to-get list...we even got ribbon to put at the bottom of my jeans for a pretty border and we got skirt fabric so I will get my pretty, black, wrap, concert skirt after all!!!!
Edit: Mom just showed me the paper...there is a rumer that Johnny Depp might buy a house in Windham County (our county) in Dummerston!!!!!!!!!
Second Edit: My mom says that French teachers have always been crazy...even when she was in school and taking French the French teachers were interesting...she says that German teachers were also strange...but that Spanish teachers and others were "normal". I thought I'd pass this on, if there were others out there who wondered if it was just us and bad luck with French teachers prior to college (my proff's have been good.) ...so French teachers are the same universally...even in NYC when my mom was a kid...I just find this sooo amusing...one would think it was just us being silly and exaggerative based on our own small experiances...but...Oooo it is too amusing. Oh, and I'm listening to Copland's Rodeo (and Appalachian Spring, Billy the Kid, Fanfare for the Common Man) right now. (I'm like Sam with her "what I'm reading" except what I'm listening to. )
Third Edit: I was just listening to my "Schubert's Greatest Hits" CD, or whatever it is called. The reason why I got it several months ago, is because I'm in love with his Ave Maria. The Smith College Chorus did an Ave Maria, but one by Poulanc. I realized tonight that I can now sing along the way I have wanted to for a long time...the Latin words to Schubert's Ave Maria sound familiar to me...but he repeates a lot so I need to sing along to the track with has a vocal part and later I might be able to sing along with the violin on the other track which has the melody. YAY!!!! Also...I got new sneakers today...my mom has been asking me if I want to for a long time now...it's been a couple of years since I've gotten normal sneakers...maybe I'll go for a run tomorrow. And...I'm afraid that I'm now on Home Time so it is, in fact, bed time right now at 10:30pm...instead of 11:30pm to 1:30 am.
Fourth Edit: I also now have Holst's The Plantes (Minus Pluto and Earth) on my computer from mom's CD...Jupiter: Bringer of Jollity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Insert Favorite Quote Here
i wanted to quote but dont have one nearby so i will just ramble on for a while. i need to find my old latin binders because i want to bring my old quotes with me to school and be able to post some of them. right now im listening to capriccio italian op 45 tchaikovsky which is amazing and ill now listen to it more often now because i know it is wonderful. it reminds me of his 1812 overture. im home which means im sitting in the compfy chair in the kitchen on my laptop (no im not sitting on my laptop but it is on me) and my laptop is nice and warm. my fingers are cold. ooooooo the next song on this cd is the cossack dance from mezeppa. there isnt any snow here well any snow worth talking about. my mom failed to point out to me before however that its mud season and should i want to go anywhere i might not be able to especially if my parents take both of the four wheel drive cars. i forgot that we live on a dirt road and are subject to its whims. its actually harder to not bother with punctuation and capitalization because than i have to remind myself not to use them (though now i have gone back and added periods at least so people can read this). on the white board on my door at school i wrote that livie had gone to her island and that leah had gone to her forest. this cd im listening to is one i put on my computer so my parents could have thier cd back that i stole a long time ago. i was worried my cds were taking up lots of room but the program or computer converted them to smaller files automatically. exclamation point. i feel like im writting a telegram except now spaces are pauses usually shown with periods or commas or in my case three dots. whatever the real name is for three dots. i was excited because my professures door was open so i stopped in and talked with him for several minutes .whats my grade. major. classes i have taken. how his class is etc. it was nice and he is nice and it made my day because he is an incredible hard grader and kindof intimidating though he is on the shorter side. he was a shild tv star. he is from canada and will be passing through my fair state during break. he has a doctorate in yiddish or something and jews have a sterotype about being the people of the book and loving books and his office has no clutter whatsoever it is as organized as his syllabus and lesson plans and i have never been in a proffessures office that had soooo many books. it is amazing and i love his office. i cant spell prof very well. it is long and narrow with the door at one end and the two long sides are almost completely covered in book shelves and books .exclamation point .my fingers are cold .i wanted to blog last night but my mom convinced me to just go to bed. i also thought about calling people those who are at school who were on your way home or were preparing to leave. i figured people would be bored as i kind of was. i had thought that love actually is a crappy movie when i first saw it there were parts that were ok and parts that made me squirm and parts when i remember you katie laurel et jess yelling at the characters but i did like it this time it is soooo fake and set up and unreal in some ways yet speaks truth as well. so im home i love being able to connect to the internet anywhere in the house on my laptop. exclamation point. im listening to the same two songs again and so my parents are too. ah my keyboard has cat fuz in it already. it looks like fall outside except the leaves are all brown but it is pretty in a non spring kindof dead way though actually i never think of fall as a time of death. it is my favorite season. like spring you can connect to the living things around you it is not death. i saw the spring bulb show at my school i went with lauren who will be going to georgia with laurel. i really hope they see each other because that would be extremely amusing. exclamation point. i feel like i have forgotten something but since i cant remember ill stop writing and have my soup before it gets cold.

Rain
Fuck...I got back from lunch at a good time...1pm...and have yet to do any work in the past hour. I think I need another Pixy Stick. It's raining slightly. I have a quick chorus meeting, and my midterm to revise, and HW for tommorow...I have to shower and figure out what to wear/dress up as for Amhert Purim. And now I feel dizzy. I'll galavant more later...and for some reason I picked up that word several minutes ago and won't put it down...

Hi, it's me again...
...can you tell I'm being weird, or out of it, or don't feel well, or nervous, or something? How many posts is that in one day...I could have just edited the other ones. I've been hungry all afternoon, yet I know if I had food infront of me I wouldn't eat it...I'm really hungry, and I'm also really not hungry...Ahhh...I got my Latin done, at least...and some of my mid-term...and now really need to shower before dinner so I can get to Sage on time. And now I don't remember what I was going to say...
Cheese
I have had a head ache since I got up this morning.
My mom is coming to the Smith Green House Flower show, then she'll go to the Holyoke mall and be back at Smith to see my concert. And my dad is not coming, he's in the middle of his second weekend of shows.....oh, cool..if I call Laurel's house she'll be there!!!!
I'm sad...and have butterflies about this midterm.
I needed a snack and you cannot imagine my happiness to find my bag of string cheese sticks in the refrigerator!!!!!!!! (Or maybe you can imagine my delight!!!)

Hello Mid-term!!!!
It's still beautiful...I'd prefer to be outside...but I have big windows...so I'm getting a breeze and I can see the sun (but my room doesn't get any.) ... But I cleaned off some of my desk decorations...so though my desk is usually too clean, now there's lots of desk top...I"m going to work on my mid-term for my jewish studies class and see how much I can get done...though I don't want to do it my preparations have made me more open to the idea of doing it...my door is open to let the breeze through and I can hear people in the house...but oh well...I'd prefer to do this test now than stress over it the whole weekend...though usually I like to do short things first so I can cross them off...OH....EXCITING NEWS...Susannah got into the Paris JYA program, Maria is going to Italy, Katie Wilson to some place, Lulu I think needs to give in her mid-term grades (but she knows French...she's bilingual...so why wouldn't they want her in Geneva?)...Leah-Spain and Lauren-Mexico don't know yet...but things have been exciting around here...none of our sophomores have been turned down yet!!!! (And there are a lot of applicants this year.)
Ah, right...my mid-term!!!
Ah, right...my mid-term!!!

Un nuit de vent!!!!!

I don't know if I said that right...I'm listening to Hymne a l'Amor from Jess's mix...it's soooooo amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm kinda unhappy right now, but also very, very, very content. I went around opening athe windows and turning off the radiators in my house!!!! I had tea duty. But there is wind, and sun...or at least clouds, and a nice moon...and the sound of cars passing by on the wet pavement...the sound of leaves rustling can be heard. "Remember when it rained. Felt the ground and looked up high/And called your name. Ohhhhhh Remember when it rained."
Now that's playing...thanks Jess!! I can't understant these fonts!!! AAHHHH.... I'm soooo tiered...I'll just fall asleep now.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzz....... or not....
We rehersed with the orchestra tonight...for three hours...!!!!!!!!! (Caity and I played the Copy-The -French-Into-Our-Music-Game...and the Box game...we were all drawing on our music and past programs!!!!!) The soloists are very talented singers...but that doesn't mean that they have pretty voices...then again they were facing away from us....but still...I'd rather have my weak, pretty little voice, than all of the power in thiers...
Lauren has gotten used to me being her own little shadow!!!! She'll go into her room and I'll follow and talk her ears off for a while while she murmers comfortingly...Suzannah and I had a long late night conversation in the TV room last night after LAuren went to bed....because talking is nice...and Lauren goes to bed realy because of Crew. We're all very sad that Crew has started and stolen our Lauren away from us. She's excited because they are going out on the water tomorrow!!!!!!
Some girls played the card game Spoons (but with sharpies) and I hovered over Lulu hoping sh'd drop her spoon!!!!!
Kate Yohay fell off her horse today...I burned my hand a little trying to carry my soup...Kate Aid was showing off her dancing bruses!!!
Snake is going home with mommy and she'll doctor him up!!!! Then I can see him over break!!!!! (My Ivy)
My cousins Amy and Karen might come in from Boston, if I'm not too stressed and if they aren't busy...they both have work and can only come on weekends. Amy went to Vassar and Karen went to Wheaton (MA) and Trinity (Hartford) and it will be fun for them to see my school.
You know how nice it is to get a hug when you really need one? I got a really good hug today!!!!!! I feel loved!!! It's silly but occationally I feel like I'm not really loved as much as I wish I were...which is silly, I know people here love me...Ah...why can't I see everyone in a week, instead of in several months!!!!
Sigh.
: )
There are a couple of girls I could room with next year...which is exciting!!!!!!!!
But anyway....it was really hot today.
My big Sib Sarah S. Just asked me if I want to go to a party at the campus center. If I go I'll stay up late...I like my bed at the moment...I'm eyeing it!!!!! If I go than I'll feel like I should have gone to the K. or hung out with Chorus friends...there are a bunch from Talbat...and I love haning out there.
Sigh.
I'm tiered...I don't know where Susannah is, and Lauren went to bed. I need to remeind myself that I'm loved and go to bed...I'll do HW tomorrow.
G'night.

Labor Omnia Vincit. (Work Conquers All.)
I just felt like quoting.
I need to go to a HONS meeting because I want to be a HONS (Head of New Students) for my house...we're going to need three.
I listened to You Raise Me Up, which Jess put on my mix CD all afternoon over and over and over again!!!
I marveled today that I can put things down without a) them getting sat on by a cat and/or b) them getting patted away by said animal.
I called my dad today on his cell and he told me that he was in a swamp. I'm not sure but I think he was at the radio tower in Keene near the Boarders, or whatever...the new shopping center which has been pushing the marsh into a pond.
I say my cats have fur, and that thier hair is on my clothing. Is there a scientific difference between hair and fur or is it just word choice?
I got mail from myself today. It's a letter I wrote on my Pre-O. It begins:
13 days till my B day...September 1, 2005
Hi Leah-six-months-from-now (or Leah the Elder),
How are you? I'm just great. I'm on an island in the Connecticut River. I'm sitting on my life jacket. I see sparkling water, leaves, earth, red ants...hear the breeze...see the bank down to the boats!!!!
They gave us small pieces of paper, so, of course, I completely filled mine!!!
I really need to catch up on my reading...I have soooo many hundreds of pages to read tonight!!!

Monday in a Crazy World
It's not very crazy...The spoon tag free-for-all begins today. The five of us who are left are now trying to get anyone. (I asked Sarah S. my big sister if she wanted to form an alliance...not that I wouldn't turn on her or vice versa, if opportunity would lend itself. I hovered over Sarah P. (fourthfloor Sarah, not my big sib.) while she buttered her toast to see if she'd drop her spoon, but as I knew she wouldn't it was more to be annoying.
I took my third midterm...French. I got a good grade on my Latin midterm.
I decided the other day that I don't want to be a Sophomore...Sophomores are the lest thought about, I always thought in highschool....though maybe with JYA coming up they have to be important in college. I love being a first year...like in highschool...you don't have to be good, just cute...there are lost of older people for you to tag along behind...I hate responsibility...I like feeling special because i'm other people's fiirst year...like a pet. Except I talk. Of course I couldn't stand always following, but following most of the time is nice.
I found out from Lauren at breakfast that SHE had me in spoon tag...and I was trying to give her a lot of help...I'm supprised she kept a streight face!!
The new Parsons couple broke up.
What else...? I love the new flannal skirt my mom made me!!! It's poofy and not flattering, but it's very compfy...only the first one isn't poofy...we'll work on that. My Sop. I buddy, Jenny, let me borrow her amazing skirt, and my mom traced it, with lots of complaining about how big it is and how wrap skirts waste sooo much material. But I'm in love with this skirt!!!!!! I'd prefer to wear a skirt, not pants, to concerts. I need a good black skirt!!
What else? I have one midterm, I think, to go...and no responses on-line for that class for everal weeks!!!! YAY!!!!! I have to pick out an Anthro. book to read in time to write a first draft on it by the middle of this month...being....next week!! My cousins Amy and Karen are trying to come over from Boston to visit me soon....maybe they will be here this weekend for the chorus concert. I have to make up reading for Anthro and my Jewish Studies class. (To be refered to possibly only as T&T in future...Texts and Traditions.)
Today is a wonderful, bluey-skyed day!!! Last night was clear...I walked over to Sage (music building) with Kate Yohay and could see the big dipper and Orion (though he kept disapearing behind the Science buildings. But today looks, feels, smells, and tastes like being at the top of Pitcher Mountain...the sun and wind...though there aren't any blueberries in NoHo. (I feel cool now for using that term...but it sounds like it can't be PC... for Northampton.)
Do I want to sit inside and do my home work...no...is there someplace where I can go outside...no. Maybe someone will go with me to see if the Capen Gardens have dray stones to sit on. My porch still has snow...and looks better that way...that's about the only benifit I can think of to being on the north side of the house.
Snake (my imaginatively named ivy (sarcasm)) (but that really is its name, I wasn't joking about that) is looking kinda sickly, so maybe I'll have my mom bring it home (she's coming to the concert) and nurse it for a spell.
Ah, right...hello homework...don't you hate it when you forget it exists? (wink)

Home
I was just "talking" to Lauren via Facebook. (Sophomore Lauren.)
I love my hills and trees...and I just realized that the rest of you have hills and trees at school. and probably don't understand when I get so happy to see them at home...then again...these are MY trees and hills. I love town life but I'm not perminantly there. I still think that I could never put down my roots where the trees did not put down theirs.
And...I picked the right note to start with...I checked it on the piano and...yes...it was a G, and the right G...but then I remembered that our piano is probably flat. But still!!!!! If you know your range and your own voice well enough you can at least sense if you're in the right octive.
As we all know, I love the sound of my own voice, so my voice is tiered because I started singing the moment I got up and now I can't get my music out of my head (which is good...we need to have some memorized by Monday.) ...I love being home and being able to sing...I never sing at school, but I used to go through life constantly singing.
Jess: I'm impressed with your French-then-Latin schedual last year...because I have ten whole minutes between them this semester and it is confusing. And the same name in one is different in the other...both have "subjunctives" and "imperfects" but they aren't the same, but close enough to be confusing.
I have an hour ledt on my lap top, so I'll finnish breakfast, put in my laundry and begin HW... I intentionally was going to put in laundry to run while I work...so it will be a while before work happens.

My Old Friends Gilbert and Sullivan
Soooo...I'm home. Vermont is cold...and snowy...and there are trees. It suprises me everytime. As we drove over the last hill on the main road I thought: "Wow, I live in the middle of nowhere." I'd never thought that before. Because I'm not homesick I'm school-sick and miss school and people there and interesting new developements. I'm glad I ended up not bringing anyone home with me because who needs her friends to see her dad prancing around stage wearing a mini-skirt and tights? (The guards had tunic things...yeah.) (And a G&S is crazy anyway.) I got to talk to Lindsey before and both her and Patrick and many people after...Lucinda (my old voice teacher, and the music director) ...Laurel's mom and dad (who was in it too)...Mike's mom (his dad wasn't in it and sat with my mom and I since the other four parents were on stage.) Lindsey and Patrick's bio's said their upcoming roles in Cinderella at BFUHS (Cinderella and Prince Charming). (And they ended up being a couple at the end of the G&S.) (BF students seem to always double shows...the G&S and a musical, and they often have the same spouse or boy friend/girlfriend in both shows.) This show, by the way, was: Yeoman of the Guard. The set was awesume...stone walls and doorways!!!!! The costumes were soooo cool...probably borrowed from the Ren. Fair (Some of them) The female chorus had no part...it was a chorus...not like last year's Princess Ida, when we, the female chorus, was an important part of the plot...and were on stage much of the time...but I still was jealous and wanted to be in it. It was sooo wierd not being involved...but it was fun feeling like I'm still part of the family and I went backstage into the dressing room before and after the show! By the way, I think I did a good job on my Latin Midterm this morning!!!!!!!!That's two down, two to go. I enjoyed telling the people who asked home school is that I sang with the Eastman School of Music choir last night!!!!! Also by the way, I am soooo tiered and out of it and packing took forever...I couldn't concentrate...it was scary...the one thing I forgot was my power supply thing for my lap top...so I shouldn't use this too much. I refuse to use my old computer...I'll uses my dad's when they go to town meeting tommorrow....or I'll do home work. I'd better go because Tiger just jumped onto my bed and meaowed at me...he says it's bed time and asks if I'm coming to bed. I just realized something this evening...I was sitting on the kitchen floor, I'd just fed the cats and Tiger kept butting his head into my toes to see if I'd give him any more food. I realized, as horrible as it sounds, that when I'm at school I don't miss getting hugs from my parents as much as I miss petting my cats. My cats are the living things I come into contact with the most...they are soothing and furry...and everytime I go back to school I notice the cat hair I've picked up while being at home. This is the one time in my life when I won't be living with a cat...I must enjoy being hair-free while I can...once I can have a cat, I know I will. I can't wait till I graduate and can come back to Main Street Arts to be in a G&S. But, as Lindsey said...then she'll be gone...it will be seven years (?) till we can be in a Mainstreet Arts G&S or anything, together again. (Our first show together was Alice in Wonderland, je pense.) We've been in school shows, MSA adult and childrens' shows, chorus, and Saxtons River Playhouse shows(summerstock professional theater). I am soooo cold...I feel sooooo cold blooded...at school I'm always way too hot, and at home I'm always way too cold. It was wierd...I swear the sun set so much earlier up here that I noticed it. But I'm not too far north from school. Guess what? Stephen Major said that Adrian was in Parsons. (If I get my people corrrect.) Adrian was only in the chorus this time, instead of being the director...but Betty directed again!!!!!!!!! Sally was singing tenor in the male chorus as a guard again!!!! Teddy's being mischivious again and licking my milk glass. Ah, there's my hat Jess made, sitting on Huggy, my gorrilla which I've had forever who vibrates when you hug him. I sooo need to go to bed. But it's not midnight, bedtime, yet!! I can and can't believe I'm home...I was sooo overjoyed last time to be at home...I can't appreciate it as well now...then I really needed it...it was like returing home from Girl Scout camp...it's the best thing in the world...my carpet...next year I aim me to get a carpet...and there are several seniors who have carpets to will. (At Senior banquet Seniors give there things away to underclasswomen.) Ah, my home room is so much bigger than my Smith room and there would be sun in it if it were day time. I don't carry my spoon around here...not even when I went to Saxtons River...I thought Id feel lost without it, but I didin't notice it. It's been almost two weeks. There are four of us left. Sarah, Lulu, Evan and I. Dad just borrowed my wipes so he could finnally take his makeup off. He looks less silly now!! Before I fall asleep at the computer...G'night!!!
House Booty
Parsons has a third house couple...and we usually don't have house couples...two of my friends are now dating...I was working in the livingroom when another friend told me...I was sure she was joking, but then I checked facebook....and facebook never lies. Aaah!!!!

Too Much To Do, And So Little Time

Light can be symbolic of goodness or evil, happiness or saddness...the low light, the calm after a storm, the bright sparkle of sun on water, the peircing chrystal of sun on snow, the flickering light of the sun falling between the leaves or a candle dancing, the beam of light whose path can be traced from the heavens of the catwalk to the earthly stage where that actors sing and dance...and when day is done the sun sets, only to come up again. one can always count on the sun. But when the sun isn't there the moon is, shinning comfortabley down on the earth inbetween voyages beyond the clouds. The sun rises, and we know that another day has begun, in which to make mistakes, and correct old ones. The sun rising....I miss seeing it come over the hills, I do not see the sunrise here. I wake up too late. But a sense of calm fills me when I see the beams of morning light rise up from below to reach the leverl of the clouds.
After a major emotional melt down, in which my Hillel Big Sib found me in a puddle on the livingroom floor, with my writting notebook by my side (not literally), I feel better today. I grabbed dinner from the dinninghall and ate it over the course of a 2? 3? 4? hour conversation sitting on Kate Yohay's carpet. I was probably in her room from 7pm to 12pm. (Then we put on music, and I can't sing along and do Latin at the same time, so it was slow going. We listened to Wicked, then Spamalot and I played The Phantom of the Opera, just that one song...'In sleep he sang to me..." so she could hear it on my fabulous speakers!!!!) I have a chorus reheral today, tomorrow, a concert tommorrow night, a lecture this evening, lots of reading for tommorrow, a response paragraph on the reading due friday, a french essay due friday as well as a midterm, I had a midterm yesterday and a quiz and a test on Monday, and I have a midterm on Monday...how can I study and do other things and do the concert....I rally can't do the concert, but I really don't want to drop out....my friend Caity already decided she can't do the concert and we need Sop. I's! Anyway, I'm fine, I'll survive, I'm just stressed, and slightly sick as usual, and my back and whole middle is sore. But I just ate some chocolate and the world is looking better already..plus, I haven't gotten out yet in spoon tag...I got three people in one day the other day...oh, and Katie and Myles visited me, of course which was a lot of fun!!!!! (Our abilities to rad eachothers' minds and copy eachother while at school is scary...Katie and I have the same room number, and Katie wore the same pants to visit me as Laurel did!!!! This sunrise is from afrocenter.com, by the way, just so I won't be sued.
